Meifu were born in January 2019 and over the years they have refined a particular style that ranges between drifts of doom, stoner and psychedelia through a suggestive sound experience that oscillates between ethereal moments and others heavier. In 2022 they released their first demo. Their debut album “Haunted Dreams” seals the long path with six songs of passion and pathos. A work focused on
different stories united by the element of transformation and change, both lyrical and musical. Through a massive bass, hermetic guitar parts and a tribal drumming, “Haunted Dreams” explores disturbing atmospheres guided by ritualistic vocal interpretation of Mari, on a thoughtful and immersive path that transcends genres to reach an inner space of self‐understanding and meditation.
