formed by Leo O’Kelly & Sonny Condell in 1970, transcends all these categories. What is not in doubt is
that they are two of the most original and influential songwriters and performers Ireland has ever
produced. Tir na nOg Live 1970‐’71 features Sonny and Leo performing some of their best loved songs
before audiences and live in the studio. Beside featuring their original composition, Live 1970‐’71
features perfectly curated cover versions such as Joni Mitchell’s ‘Woodstock’ and Bob Dylan’s ‘Maggies
Farm’ available on album for the first time. Live 1970‐’71 has been licenced from Tir na nOg and
remastered for compact disc.
