FIRST ORDER was formed in 1985 in Brooklyn, New York, by Andy Elder, Morgan Liebman, Chris Berberian and Eric J. Morgan. In 1986 “The First Four” Demo is recorded at Bolt Studios in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, with Keith Alexander(Carnivore/Primal Scream) producing and Robbie Graham (Primal Scream) in attendance; both sang backing vocals with the band. Coiling tightly around like a vindictive colossal snake, asphyxiating and temporarily blinding with its slithering motion, the music of Saevus Finis has a specific result on the listener. Their music is immediately overpowering; rhythmically throbbing with chest-bursting heaviness, the pounding parts are alternated with angular, incisive riffing.
