Second full length by Italian Black Metal band HERUKA. The lyrical concept behind this album explores the deepest and unknown sides of mental illnesses, through the eyes of the afflicted individuals.
To achieve an immersive experience through “No Sun Dared Pass Our Windows”, Heruka starts from the visuals: the cover features an original piece by Italian artist Daniele Paternostro and videos
following the main concept as a living horror, instilling a sense of deep discomfort.
Heruka’s style can be described as a fierce Melodic Black Metal, incorporating elements from other extreme metal genres as well and achieving a personal formula which is never the same through
their releases.
